The Yoga Co. Sunday Yoga Lunch Clubs are a perfect way to start your week.

Our half day retreats will look after your mind, body, soul and leave you feeling like your truest sassy authentic self. You will be taken care of from start to finish in a safe inclusive space, with no judgement, no expectation. Come as you are.


To start you will be welcomed into the space to settle and then we kick start Sunday Lunch Clubs by moving the body dynamically with a fierce power yoga practice, lead by our Yoga Teacher and Guide, Jessica. Who will help you to awaken the physical body, linking breath with movement, sweating out anything you don’t want to take into the new week with you and showing you just how damn powerful you really are!

After yoga, we take a minute to reset and refuel with nourishing teas and energy giving snacks like bliss balls, or vegan brownies, before we dive deep into some self exploration, during the 2nd session of the day we invite one of our gorgeous healers or holistic therapists in to guide us through a session which could be anything from Reiki or Crystal Healing or a Workshop on self love or nature therapy or intention setting. We like to keep things spicy and varied, each lunch club is unique and beautiful.

To round up the day, we will sit and relax together over a beautiful plant-based lunch by Jenna our resident chef, with a menu that is always seasonal, nourishing and fresh. Our lunches are soul-quenching, wholesome and plentiful, full of our favourite vegan dishes, and healthy treats.
