UK Spring Retreat : 26-28th February

£150 non-refundable deposit to be paid upon booking and only then is your place on retreat reserved.

The remainder of the payment is due by 24th December, 2020 . Failure to pay by the deadline will mean that your space may be offered back up for sale

If you wish to cancel , The Yoga Co will only reimburse the monies paid, less the non refundable deposit, provided another person is found to take your place.

You agree to and understand that yoga includes physical movements as well as an opportunity for relaxation, stress reduction and relief of muscular tension. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated and you will adjust or modify as appropriate if any pain is experienced .You participate at your own risk and are solely responsible for your own health and wellbeing.

You will let Jessica and Jenna (The Yoga Co) know of any pregnancies, injuries, illnesses, allergies and dietary requirements ahead of the retreat weekend. We will not take responsibility for any injuries or accidents that occur on the retreat.

All travel arrangements to and from the retreat are your responsibility and cost. The Yoga Co. does not take responsibility for any travel disruptions, cancellations or delays to your travel arriving or departing from the retreat

The Yoga Co accepts no liability for cars or personal property lost stolen or damaged whilst on retreat weekend.

The Yoga Co reserves the right to cancel retreat at anytime and will provide a full refund in that instance

Covid related cancellation of the retreats; in the event that government guidelines change and the Covid-19 pandemic prevents the retreat from taking place we will refund your costs in full or give you the options to transfer that cost over to another retreat date up until 2 days prior to arrival, after this we are liable to pay the venue regardless and costs will not be refunded.

We are entitled to ask you to leave the retreat if you display any anti-social behaviour, and you understand this will mean no reimbursement will be given to you.

Any problem or complaint which you may have concerning the retreat or venue must be immediately reported directly to Jenna or Jessica, and we will endeavour to put matters right. Any complaints not reported to us at the time and only reported after the return from retreat will not be considered.
